The JoomlaDay Bangkok Thailand 2013 was successfully held for its sixth time on the past 23-24 November 2013, with the collaboration of the Open Source Education and Development Association (OSEDA), CP ALL Public Company Limited, Infotronics Co.,Ltd., and This was aimed at gathering Joomla! users and people interested in CMS and web development.


The event was organized at Room 1111AB, 11th floor of the CP Tower Building, beginning at 8.30 a.m. Mr. Banyat Kamnoonwat, assistant vice president of CP All, presided over the event. This time, the event was a 2-day seminar, featuring lectures on performance of the new version of Joomla! and the roadmap for future development, including techniques on Joomla! template design and Joomla! extension development given by experienced developers. Moreover, experts on various fields were there to offer advice and knowledge that would benefit interested attendants. The details included basic and advanced techniques of Joomla!, Joomla! platforms, the upcoming Joomla! 3.2.x, and more about web development from foreign experts.

Leading experts from Thailand included Mr. Apisilp Trunganont, president of the Thai Webmaster Association (TWA), who gave a lecture about Social Plugin, Mr. Sira Sujjinanont, CEO and co-founder of and Managing Director of Webiz, who gave a lecture on Node JS, Mr. Siwat Chawareewong, president of the Digital Advertising Association of Thailand (DAAT), who gave updates about digital marketing trends, and Mr. Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit, a leading expert in SEO, who offered news about SEO and Google Analytics.


Mr. Akarawuth Tamrareang, president of the Open Source Education and Development Association (OSEDA) and Managing Director of Marvelic Engine Co., Ltd., also gave a lecture about Joomla! 3.2. Many of the Marvelic Engine staff also contributed, which emphasize its leading status and expertise in CMS technology.
